<p>Siropul pentru blaturi:</p>
<p>Un pahar de apa, 200gr de zahar, rom dupa gust.</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>4 oua intregi se bat cu 250 gr zahar, 2 linguri cacao, 300 ml lapte, 2 linguri de faina si se fierb pe foc. Cand incepe sa se ingroase se i-a de pe foc si se adauga 200 gr ciocolata menaj, un plic de zahar vanilat si putin rom. Rece se amesteca cu 400 gr de unt.</p>
<p>Frisca:</p>
<p>250 gr de frisca si cateva visine.</p>
<p>Aranjare:</p>
<p>1 blat cacao;</p>
<p>1/2 crema ciocolata;</p>
<p>1 blat galben;</p>
<p>frisca si visine;</p>
<p>1 blat galben;</p>
<p>1/2 crema ciocolata;</p>
<p>1 blat cacao;</p>
<p>Se imbraca in frisca si se rade ciocolata deasupra</p>
<p>Citeste si: Va las aici o reteta de tort minunat, fara coacere. Sa il faceti la urmatoarea zi aniversara</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>3 linguri de miere</p>
<p>3 pahare de faina</p>
<p>2 pahare de zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>500 g de smantanaMod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu 1 pahar de zahar si mierea. Turnati amestecul intr-o cratita si puneti-o la foc mic. Fierbeti amestecul pana de dizolva zaharul si compozitia devine lichida si omogena. Amestecati incontinuu.</p>
<p>Adaugati bicarbonatul de sodiu. Amestecati. Adaugati faina si framantati un aluat nelipicios.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 5-8 parti. Intindeti fiecare portie de aluat intr-un blat cu grosimea de 0.5 cm si presarati-l cu putina faina. </p>
<p>Intepati blaturile cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Coaceti blaturile in cuptorul preincalzit pana la temperatura de 220 grade Celsius, timp de 5-7 minute.</p>
<p>Taiati fiecare blat cu o forma rotunda (folosind o farfurie), astfel incat acestea sa fie de dimensiuni egale. Pastrati resturile.</p>
<p>Pregatiti crema: amestecati smantana cu 1 pahar de zahar cu ajutorul unui mixer.</p>
<p>Asamblati tortul: alternati blaturile cu cate un strat de crema. Ungeti tortul deasupra cu crema. Presarati cu resturile de blat<br />
faramitate. Dati tortul la frigider pentru o noapte.</p>
