<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>280 g ceapa</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei vegetal</p>
<p>600 g carne tocata de vita</p>
<p>Sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>1 lingurita si jumatate de boia dulce</p>
<p>1,2 kg cartofi</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>Un praf de nucsoara</p>
<p>500 ml de lapte</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>Tava de copt (22 cm x 28 cm)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Prepararea cepei si a carnii:</p>
<p>Taiati marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>Se incing 3 linguri de ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie si se adauga ceapa.</p>
<p>Se prajeste la foc mediu timp de 3-4 minute pana cand ceapa este moale.</p>
<p>Adaugati carnea de vita si prajiti inca 10- 12 minute, pana cand carnea se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper si praf de boia dulce.</p>

<p>Se da deoparte si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Pregatirea cartofilor:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si taiati-i felii subtiri de aproximativ 4 milimetri grosime.</p>
<p>Unge usor o tava de copt de 22 cm x 28 cm.</p>
<p>Stratificarea aluatului:</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de cartofi pe fundul vasului de copt.</p>

<p>Se presara cu sare.</p>
<p>Adaugati la cartofi jumatate din carnea tocata racita.</p>
<p>Se mai adauga un strat de cartofi si se presara din nou sare.</p>
<p>Continuati pana cand ati epuizat toate ingredientele si terminati cu un strat de cartofi.</p>
<p>Prepararea amestecului de lapte:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron batem ouale, adaugam laptele, un praf de nucsoara si asezonam cu sare si piper.</p>

<p>Se toarna amestecul uniform peste cartofii din vasul de copt.</p>
<p>Coacerea:</p>
<p>Intindeti bucati de unt deasupra cartofilor.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 45 de minute la 200- 210 °C.</p>
<p>Apoi cresteti temperatura la 220°C si coaceti inca 12- 15 minute pana cand cartofii devin maro auriu.</p>

<p>Administrare:</p>
<p>Lasam sa se raceasca putin, taiem in portii si servim.</p>
