<p>1 pachet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>120 g faina</p>
<p>30 g cacao</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Strat intunecat:</p>
<p>3 lingurite cafea instant</p>
<p>3 lingurite apa calda</p>
<p>150 g Nutella sau crema de arahide</p>
<p>375 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>1 pliculet intaritor pentru frisca</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>2 pachete frisca praf Dr. Oetker</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 pliculete intaritor pentru frisca</p>
<p>3 lingurite zahar pudra</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra de inalta calitate</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti untul si adaugati 3 lingurite de cafea instant in untul topit.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu un mixer, se adauga zahar vanilat si zahar pudra si cate un ou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana la omogenizare, la care se adauga faina amestecata cu sare, praful de copt si cacao.</p>
<p>Asezam aluatul preparat pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 150 de grade pentru aproximativ 15 &#8211; 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti blatul si lasati-l la racit.</p>
<p>Adaugati cafeaua in apa calda si dizolvati-o in timp ce amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati Nutella in cafeaua topita si amestecati.</p>
<p>Bateti frisca impreuna cu intaritorul si apoi adaugati Nutella.</p>
<p>Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se aplica crema rezultata pe blatul racit si se lasa la frigider pentru cel putin 4 ore (eu am lasat prajitura la frigider peste noapte).</p>

<p>A doua zi, amestecati praful de frisca cu laptele rece, intaritorul pentru frisca si zaharul pana la o spuma tare, aplicati pe prajitura si neteziti-o frumos.</p>

<p>Dam prajitura la frigider pentru minim 2 ore si decoram blatul cu ciocolata rasa.</p>
