<p>2 lingurite de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>4-5 linguri de cacao amara</p>
<p>4 linguri de dulceata (eu am folosit de coacaze negre)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecati cu ajutorul unui mixer.</p>
<p>Se aseaza apoi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace la 180 grade C fara convectie, in sus si in jos, aproximativ 1 ora.</p>

<p>In functie de cuptor, coaceti pana trece testul scobitorii.</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>100 ml smantana pentru frisca</p>
<p>100 g fulgi de cocos pentru decor</p>
<p>Combinati ciocolata cu smantana la cuptorul cu microunde sau puneti pe o craticioara pe foc mic.</p>
<p>Cand glazura este uniforma, intindeti-o peste prajitura copta si racita.</p>

<p>La final, am presarat toata prajitura cu fulgi de cocos.</p>
