<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati apa calda intr-un bol, turnati drojdia, zaharul si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu o carpa de bumbac.</p>
<p>Lasati sa stea 10 minute pentru a activa drojdia.</p>
<p>Adaugati un pahar de lapte la drojdia spuma .</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati un ou si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>In acest moment, adaugati treptat faina &#8211; mai intai adaugati 4 cani in portii.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, adaugati mai multa faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca, apoi se face un aluat neted cu mana, se acopera cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa creasca pana isi dubleaza volumul (aproximativ 45 de minute).</p>

<p>Pe masa tapata cu faina formam 2 parti mai grosiere din aluat si le taiem aproximativ in aceleasi bucati, pe care apoi le rulam.</p>
<p>Apoi facem o gaura in mijlocul fiecarui con cu degetul .</p>

<p>Prajim gogosile pe ambele parti pana devin aurii.</p>
