<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>1-1,2 kg de carne</p>
<p>2-3 cartofi</p>
<p>4-5 linguri de ulei vegetal</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>un praf de boia</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>un praf de piper negru</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de ierburi italienesti</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati toata carnea fasii &#8211; nu o taiati complet.</p>

<p>Taiati cartofii in felii.</p>
<p>Condimentam cartofii cu sare si piper.</p>
<p>Amesteca uleiul, sare si piper intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in felii.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt cu ulei si puneti ceapa in ea.</p>
<p>Peste ceapa se pune carnea si cartofii in fantele acesteia.</p>

<p>Aplicati amestecul de ulei si condimente pe cartofii cu carne.</p>

<p>Acum, trucul pentru a mentine carnea suculenta &#8211; acoperim mai intai tava cu hartie de copt pe care am inmuiat-o.</p>
<p>Abia dupa o invelim in folie de aluminiu, carnea va ramane frumos suculenta.</p>
<p>Se coace 40 de minute la 180°C.</p>
<p>Scoateti folia si coaceti inca 15 minute la 180°C.</p>
<p>Totul este gata!</p>
<p>Puteti sa serviti cu salata de legume sau muraturi.</p>
<p>Pofta buna!</p>
