<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>200 de grame de varza chinezeasca,</p>
<p>2 rosii,</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi,</p>
<p>50 de grame de branza tare.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati varza in jumatate si taiati fiecare parte in benzi subtiri.</p>
<p>Punem varza intr-un castron si o frecam usor, astfel incat sa fie mai moale si mai suculenta.</p>

<p>Taiati o rosie mica pe jumatate si taiati fiecare jumatate in felii subtiri, adaugati la varza.</p>
<p>Trecem la branza, aceasta trebuie rasa pe o razatoare grosiera si trimisa la ingredientele noastre.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoi la legume, trecute printr-o presa de usturoi.</p>

<p>Pregatirea produselor pentru salata este finalizata, acum vom face pansamentul separat.</p>
<p>Adaugam 150 de mililitri de ulei vegetal, 1 ou, 1/2 lingurita de mustar, 1/2 lingurita de sare, 1/3 lingurita de zahar, o lingurita de suc de lamaie in bolul blenderului, batem totul la viteza medie si obtine o pansament similar cu maioneza de casa.</p>
<p>Adaugati la salata si amestecati.</p>
