<p>Pentru gatit veti avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>

<p>esenta de vanilie, un praf de sare;</p>
<p>praf de copt. 2 lingurite;</p>
<p>faina, aproximativ 250 g.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati glazura, luati :</p>
<p>zahar pudra, 100 g;</p>
<p>suc de portocale sau lamaie, 2 linguri;</p>
<p>apa in functie de consistenta masei.</p>
<p>Procesul de gatire:</p>
<p>Toate produsele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei, astfel incat aluatul sa creasca uniform si sa se coaca bine.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul cu sarea si vanilia si untul moale, se bate cu un mixer pana masa devine pufoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza de vaci si bateti.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale si bateti pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si turnati o parte din ea impreuna cu praful de copt in aluat si framantati.</p>
<p>Adaugati restul de faina cu grija pentru a nu umple prea mult si a nu face aluatul prea dens, masa trebuie sa fie foarte plastica si moale.</p>
<p>Acoperim forma cu hartie de copt, intindem aluatul, il nivelam.</p>
<p>Coacem la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 50 de minute, verificam starea de pregatire cu o frigaruie.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura se amesteca sucul cu pudra, cateva lingurite de apa si se toarna glazura peste prajitura fierbinte.</p>

<p>Daca aveti timp, faceti frisca sau turnati peste ciocolata topita si veti obtine un desert foarte parfumat si delicat.</p>
