<p>faina &#8211; 350 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 2/3 lingurita;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 70 g;</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 240 ml;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se adauga sarea si praful de copt in faina, se amesteca produsele.</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient separat, spargeti ouale, bateti cu zaharul cu un tel pana se formeaza o masa alba.</p>

<p>Se toarna laptele intr-o cratita, se toarna zahar vanilat, se adauga untul.</p>
<p>Incalziti, dar nu fierbeti.</p>
<p>Turnati ½ parte din faina in masa de oua, amestecati aluatul.</p>
<p>Turnati ½ parte de lapte fierbinte in aluat, continuati sa amestecati ingredientele.</p>
<p>Bateti aluatul cu un mixer la viteza mica, turnati restul de aluat, apoi turnati a doua parte de lapte.</p>

<p>Intindem hartie de copt in forma, acoperim fundul si partile laterale.</p>
<p>Ungeti hartia de copt cu ulei vegetal, turnati aluatul in forma.</p>
