<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>Zahar 100 g</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Chefir 250 ml</p>
<p>Miere 130 g</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal 1 lingura</p>
<p>Faina 300 g</p>
<p>Amoniu 1 lingurita (6 g)</p>
<p>Praf de copt 5 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale, un praf de sare si zahar intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Am adaugat 100 g de zahar, tortul s-a dovedit a fi moderat dulce, daca va plac produsele de patiserie dulci, cresteti cantitatea de zahar la 150 g.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu un mixer, se bate, dupa cum este convenabil, pana cand zaharul se dizolva.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti adauga esenta de vanilie sau zahar vanilat daca doriti, eu nu adaug nimic, se dovedeste a fi foarte parfumat chiar si fara aditivi.</p>
<p>Apoi, turnati chefir.</p>
<p>Adaugati miere, ar trebui sa fie lichida, daca aveti miere groasa, incalziti-o.</p>

<p>Acum adaugati 1 lingura ulei vegetal si amestecati.</p>

<p>Am adaugat deja amoniu si praf de copt in faina si le-am cernut in aluat in doi pasi.</p>

<p>Amoniul nu l-am stins in prealabil, acest lucru se va face prin chefir cu miere.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat de grosime medie.</p>

<p>Am uns o tava de copt (dimensiunea 27 pe 20 cm) cu ulei vegetal si am acoperit fundul cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Daca doriti, decorati cu fructe, fructe de padure, migdale, orice alta nuca sau nu decorati cu nimic.</p>

<p>Este indicat sa nu incalziti cuptorul in prealabil, exista amoniu in aluat si cu incalzirea treptata va da mai multa afanare aluatului.</p>
<p>Am pus prajitura la cuptorul rece si am pus-o la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>GatescĀ aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>

<p>Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca si servim.</p>
<p>Puteti decora cu zahar pudra.</p>
