<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>120 ml ulei</p>
<p>200 g iaurt sau smantana</p>
<p>1 praf de sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>265 g faina</p>
<p>1,5 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao pudra</p>
<p>2-3 linguri apa clocotita</p>
<p>fulgi de ciocolata alba</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bate ouale cu sare si zahar pana devine spumoase, apoi adauga iaurtul, amestecam, apoi uleiul si amestecam din nou timp de 1 minut.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina si praful de copt si amestecati cu un tel.</p>
<p>Amestecul trebuie sa fie neted si fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Pune o treime din aluat de o parte si turnati in ea cacao amestecata cu apa fierbinte.</p>
<p>Intindeti acest amestec pe fundul formei captusite cu hartie si turnati amestecul alb deasupra.</p>

<p>Cu ajutorul unei linguri, faceti modele in aluat si presarati ciocolata alba deasupra, daca doriti.</p>
