<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb &#8211; 15 g</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 350 ml</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui &#8211; 50 ml</p>
<p>Faina de grau &#8211; 170 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Faina de migdale &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Fulgi de migdale &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; dupa gust pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca 1 ou, 50 g zahar si amidon de porumb.</p>
<p>Se toarna 250 ml lapte si se incalzeste amestecul, amestecand continuu, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Crema este gata. Se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa la racit.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale ramase cu un praf de sare si 100 g de zahar pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati 100 ml de lapte si ulei in timp ce continuati sa amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina, praful de copt si faina de migdale, framantati un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Presarati petalele de migdale peste aluat si acoperiti cu crema.</p>

<p>Coaceti 40 de minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 °C.</p>
