<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>File de peste alb 500 g</p>
<p>Cartofi 5 buc.</p>
<p>Ceapa 2 buc.</p>
<p>Rosii 1 buc.</p>
<p>Branza tare 100 g</p>
<p>Smantana 3 linguri</p>
<p>Sos de soia 2 linguri</p>
<p>Suc de lamaie 2 linguri</p>
<p>Verdeata dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati fileurile de peste in apa rece si taiati-le in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Stropiti cu sos de soia si suc de lamaie.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, rozmarin si putina ceapa.</p>

<p>Lasati pestele sa se marineze timp de 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si ceapa.</p>
<p>Taiati cartofii felii subtiri si ceapa in jumatati de inele.</p>
<p>Taiati rosia in felii.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei in fundul tavii.</p>
<p>Asezati acolo jumatate din cartofii pregatiti.</p>
<p>Sare, piper, adaugati ierburi.</p>
<p>Acoperiti totul cu jumatate de ceapa tocata.</p>
<p>Asezati fileurile si rosiile peste legumele din tava.</p>
<p>Puneti restul cartofilor.</p>
<p>Periati deasupra cu smantana si branza rasa.</p>
<p>Coacem 45 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
