<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>ketchup &#8211; 2-3 linguri</p>

<p>ciuperci champignon &#8211; 2-3 buc.</p>
<p>mozzarella &#8211; 150 g (sau cascaval)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna chefir la temperatura camerei intr-un castron, se sparge oul, se adauga sare, zahar.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul.</p>
<p>Masuram faina, adaugam praful de copt in ea, amestecam si adaugam faina cu praf de copt la chefir, amestecam, aluatul trebuie sa aiba consistenta smantanei.</p>
<p>Este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai multa faina, totul depinde de marimea oului si a chefirului.</p>
<p>Luam o tava de copt si o ungem cu ulei vegetal, foaia mea are dimensiunea de 32 cm x 25 cm.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul si il distribuim uniform, il ungem cu ketchup sau pasta de rosii/sos de rosii.</p>

<p>Puteti folosi orice umplutura, dupa gust, astazi am folosit sunca cu ciuperci.</p>
<p>Taiati sunca in 4 parti si taiati ciupercile felii.</p>
<p>Se pun deasupra aluatului.</p>

<p>Dam la cuptor, coacem la 200 de grade 10-15 minute, apoi scoatem si presaram cascaval ras, eu am pus mozzarella, puteti lua orice branza tare.</p>
