<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>400 g faina</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>5 g praf de copt</p>
<p>1 varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>1 lingura de coaja de lamaie</p>
<p>100 g smantana</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>200 g unt la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>3 albusuri</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura de suc de lamaie</p>
<p>500 g de branza de vaci proaspata</p>
<p>40 g de faina</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti faina, praful de copt, zaharul, zaharul vanilat si sarea intr-un castron mare.</p>
<p>Radeti coaja de lamaie si adaugati-o.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi smantana si galbenusurile de ou.</p>
<p>La final se adauga untul taiat cuburi si se framanta cu mainile un aluat neted.</p>
<p>Aluatul rezultat se infasoara in folie alimentara, apoi se pune la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>

<p>In timp ce aluatul se raceste, faceti umplutura.</p>
<p>Puneti intr-un bol albusurile impreuna cu zaharul si zeama de lamaie si amestecati.</p>
<p>La final adaugam branza si faina.</p>
<p>Dupa o jumatate de ora, impartiti aluatul in doua parti egale.</p>
<p>Infasurati jumatate in folie alimentara si puneti-o la frigider.</p>
<p>Intindeti cealalta jumatate pe o suprafata tapeta cu faina, la dimensiunea tavii de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti si fainati o tava de copt de 33&#215;19 cm.</p>
<p>Apoi transferati cu grija aluatul in tava si, daca este necesar, taiati excesul de masa cu un cutit.</p>
<p>Strapungeti aluatul cu o furculita pentru a nu se umfla.</p>

<p>Se toarna umplutura pe aluat si se aplatizeaza.</p>

<p>Scoateti cealalta jumatate de aluat din frigider si intindeti-o la dimensiunea tavii.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul cu grija peste umplutura si strapungeti-l cu o furculita in mai multe locuri.</p>
<p>Coaceti placinta in cuptor, incalzit la 180 de grade, timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Raciti mai intai la temperatura camerei, apoi la frigider pentru cel putin 3 ore.</p>
