<p>200 ml de apa</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 galbenus de ou</p>
<p>1 kg branza</p>
<p>Putina sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele cu uleiul, apa si putina sare.</p>
<p>Impartiti floile in trei parti egale. La fel procedati si cu branza. O dam pe razatoare si o impartim in 3 parti. Umplem fiecare foaie.</p>

<p>Infasurati intr-o rola si repetati procesul de inca 2 ori.</p>

Taiati fiecare rola in 6 parti si puneti-le intr-o tava de 34 × 26 cm in care am pus hartie de copt.</p>

Se toarna amestecul cu laptele in tava si se lasa 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Se intinde galbenus de ou peste placinta si se coace la 180 de grade pana cand placinta cu branza se rumeneste si isi pierde lichidele.</p>
