<p>Apa &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Smantana sau chefir &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>
<p>Unt pentru ungerea placintei</p>
<p>Turnati chefir, apa si ulei vegetal intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Am batut oul, am adaugat sare, zahar si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna partial faina si se framanta un aluat moale si destul de gros.</p>
<p>Am pus-o intr-o punga si am lasat-o 20 de minute la odihnit.</p>
<p>UMPLERE:</p>
<p>Carne &#8211; 600 -700 g</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1-2 buc.</p>
<p>Cartofi &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sarat dupa gust</p>
<p>Condimente pentru carne &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Carnea trebuie data printr-o masina de tocat carne cu o duza pentru macinare grosiera.</p>
<p>Taiati cartofii si ceapa in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Se pune sare, se pipereaza, se adauga condimente pentru carne si se amesteca.</p>

<p>Am impartit aluatul in 4 parti, iar umplutura in 2 parti.</p>
<p>Am intins aluatul si am intins o parte din umplutura si am nivelat-o.</p>

<p>Am fixat marginile aluatului, am facut cateva gauri, am uns cu unt topit.</p>

<p>Am dat la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade, cam 40-45 de minute.</p>
<p>SFAT! Daca prajitura incepe sa se rumeneasca prea mult, acoperiti cu folie sau hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Am scos placinta din cuptor si am uns-o imediat cu unt.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu hartie de copt si un prosop, lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
