<p>120 ml ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>50 ml chefir;</p>
<p>1 lingurita de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura cu mere:</p>
<p>1,5 kg de mere;</p>
<p>3 linguri de zahar;</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara;</p>
<p>1/5 cana de apa;</p>
<p>1 lingura de faina (sau amidon de cartofi).</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati merele de coaja, indepartati samburii si taiati-le in cuburi.</p>
<p>Puneti-le in tigaie.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Se calesc merele pana devin moi si incep sa se destrame putin.</p>
<p>Amestecati amidonul de cartofi cu apa si adaugati la mere.</p>
<p>Amestecati si lasati umplutura de mere sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>In acest timp, pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecand la viteza mica, turnati uleiul si chefirul intr-un flux subtire.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt in amestec si amestecati usor cu o spatula sau o lingura pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Se toarna jumatate din aluatul preparat pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Puneti tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 170-180 de grade Celsius si coaceti aluatul pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>

<p>Aluatul trebuie sa fie aproape copt si usor rumenit.</p>
<p>Se toarna umplutura de mere pe aluatul cald si se netezeste.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati aluatul ramas.</p>
<p>Puneti prajitura inapoi in cuptor si coaceti inca 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Faceti testul cu scobitoarea, trebuie sa nu fie deloc umeda.</p>
