<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>– 1 ou</p>
<p>– 3 cartofi</p>
<p>– 1 ceapa</p>
<p>– 2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>– 100 g spanac</p>
<p>– 100 g parmezan (branza la alegere)</p>
<p>– 50 g mozzarella (sau cascaval taiat cubulete)</p>
<p>– 2 linguri ulei vegetal</p>
<p>– 2 linguri pesmet (firimituri de paine uscata)</p>
<p>– Sare, dupa gust</p>
<p>– Piper negru, dupa gust</p>
<p>– Nucsoara macinata, dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, bateti oul si condimentati cu sare, piper negru si putina nucsoara macinata, puneti deoparte.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii de coaja, taiati-i cubulete si fierbeti-i in apa sarata pana se inmoaie (aproximativ 15-20 de minute).</p>
<p>Dupa ce sunt fierti, pasati pana obtineti un piure.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie, la foc mediu, incalziti o lingura de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Adaugati ceapa tocata marunt si prajiti-o timp de 1-2 minute, pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Adaugati cateii de usturoi tocati marunt si prajiti-i inca un minut.</p>
<p>Adaugati spanacul tocat in tigaie si sotati-l timp de 2-3 minute, pana cand isi reduce volumul.</p>

<p>Apoi, luati tigaia de pe foc.</p>
<p>In bolul cu piureul de cartofi, adaugati oul batut, amestecul de spanac racit, 40 g de parmezan ras, sare si piper negru.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Intr-o tava de copt unsa, presarati jumatate din pesmet.</p>
<p>Intindeti uniform jumatate din amestec, apoi puneti mozzarella deasupra.</p>

<p>Intindeti restul amestecului, nivelati-l si presarati cu restul de pesmet si cu parmezanul ramas.</p>

<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de aproximativ 30 de minute, pana cand placinta devine aurie si are o crusta crocanta.</p>
