<p>smantana, 200 g;</p>
<p>galbenus, 1 buc.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati umplutura aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>branza de vaci, 300 g;</p>
<p>zahar, 3 linguri;</p>
<p>albus, 1 buc;</p>
<p>smantana, 1 lingura;</p>
<p>galbenus pentru ungere, 1 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cernuta cu untul ras pana se sfarama.</p>
<p>Se amesteca smantana cu zaharul pana se omogenizeaza, se toarna galbenusul si se framanta din nou.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare si praful de copt, se amesteca si se toarna masa lichida in firimiturile din faina si unt.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul, foarte moale si plastic, il punem intr-o punga si il dam la frigider pentru 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Se amesteca branza de vaci cu albusul, zahar si smantana, se framanta pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Puteti bate masa cu un blender de imersie.</p>
<p>Stropiti masa cu faina, intindeti aluatul, taiati cercuri mari.</p>

<p>Intindem umplutura pe o parte a placintei, acoperim cu a doua parte si ciupim marginea.</p>

<p>Intindem placintele si le ungem cu galbenusul batut.</p>
