<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>250 ml chefir</p>
<p>375 g faina</p>
<p>75 g unt topit</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>300 g pulpe de pui</p>
<p>300 g cartofi</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>40 g unt</p>
<p>sare si piper negru dupa gust</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>20 g unt</p>
<p>+ ou pentru periaj</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, sa facem aluatul:</p>
<p>Untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Se toarna chefir cald intr-un castron pentru framantarea aluatului si se adauga bicarbonat de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine, chefirul va face spuma.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul topit si se adauga sare.</p>
<p>Acum adaug faina si framant aluatul.</p>
<p>Aluatul iese moale, nelipicios, placut la atingere.</p>
<p>Nu trebuie sa-l framantati mult timp.</p>
<p>Il impart in 12 parti (aproximativ 58 g fiecare).</p>

<p>Rulez bile, le acopar si las sa se odihneasca in timp ce pregatesc umplutura.</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>Am taiat cubulete carnea de pui, ceapa si cartofii.</p>

<p>Carnea poate fi de orice fel, pulpe, piept, se poate pune curcan si chiar vita sau miel.</p>
<p>Cartofii se pun cruzi.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare dupa gust si piper negru.</p>
<p>Am amestecat totul bine.</p>
<p>Topiti untul si turnati-l in umplutura.</p>

<p>Umplutura este gata.</p>
<p>Pornesc cuptorul si il preincalzesc la 190°C.</p>
<p>Presar masa cu faina.</p>
<p>Intindem bilele de aluat intr-un strat subtire, de dimensiunea unei farfurii de ceai.</p>
<p>Am pus 1,5 linguri de umplutura in centru.</p>

<p>Adun aluatul spre centru si las o gaura in centru.</p>
<p>Transferati pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Cand toate placintele sunt formate, ungeti-le cu ou batut.</p>

<p>Transferati imediat la cuptor la 190 °C pentru 40- 50 de minute.</p>

<p>Umplutura foarte suculenta, aluatul este subtire si moale, usor crocant.</p>
