<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>400 g de faina</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>200 ml de chefir</p>
<p>2 lingurite de ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar</p>
<p>0,5 lingurite sare</p>
<p>ulei de floarea soarelui pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu bicarbonatul de sodiu, apoi se cerne. Faceti o adancire, turnati 2 lingurite de ulei de masline.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, amestecati chefirul, oul, sarea si zaharul. Se amesteca pana se topeste zaharul.</p>
<p>Combinati amestecul de chefir cu ingredientele uscate. Framantati aluatul.</p>

<p>Se acopera cu un prosop, se lasa pe masa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa va ungeti mainile cu putin ulei, la fel si blatul si impartim aluatul in mai multi parti.</p>

<p>Intindeti putin bilele si puneti ce umplutura doriti, de la dulce: gem, ciocolata etc pana la umpluturi sarate: branza cu verdeata, cascaval etc.</p>
<p>Prajiti in ulei incins pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
