<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Chefir 400 ml</p>
<p>Praf de copt 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Faina de grau 500 g</p>
<p>Dovleac 800 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar 2 linguri</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 50 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca chefir, praf de copt si 0,5 lingurita sare.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si lasati-l timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, sa trecem cu umplutura.</p>
<p>Dovleacul decojit se rade pe razatoarea grosiera, se toaca marunt ceapa.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste ulei de floarea soarelui intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Prajiti mai intai ceapa, apoi adaugati dovleacul, zaharul si restul de sare.</p>

<p>Se amesteca si se prajeste pana se fierbe pe jumatate.</p>
<p>Pudrati suprafata de lucru cu faina si impartiti aluatul in 14 portii.</p>
<p>Rulati fiecare intr-un strat, puneti umplutura pe o parte.</p>

<p>Conectati si strangeti marginile placintei.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mediu intr-o tigaie fara a adauga ulei, pe ambele parti pana devin aurii.</p>
