<p>Ingrediente pentru placinta cu carne:</p>

<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>drojdie &#8211; o lingura;</p>
<p>1 ou;</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura;</p>
<p>cartofi &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>morcovi &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>carne tocata de vita &#8211; 350 g;</p>
<p>ceapa verde &#8211; o gramada;</p>
<p>coriandru macinat &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 60 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se adauga zaharul, sarea si drojdia intr-un castron cu faina.</p>
<p>Adaugam oul in faina, turnam apa si laptele, framantam cu mana un aluat lipicios si elastic omogen.</p>
<p>Amestecati untul cald in aluat pana cand componenta este complet dizolvata.</p>
<p>Lasam chifla sub vas sau in folie alimentara in timp ce se pregateste umplutura.</p>
<p>Curatati si taiati cartofii si morcovii in bucati mici, fierbeti pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Transformam legumele fierte in piure.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt, se caleste in ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Puneti carnea tocata pe ceapa, prajiti pana se fierbe.</p>
<p>Amestecati carnea tocata si ceapa cu coriandru macinat, adaugati sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt ceapa verde, taiati ouale fierte in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, combinati ceapa prajita si carnea tocata cu ceapa verde si un ou.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in chifle mici &#8211; aproximativ 15 bucati.</p>
<p>Acoperiti chiflele cu folie alimentara si lasati la crescut 10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugam o lingura de umplutura in mijlocul chiflei.</p>

<p>Sigilam marginile aluatului, lasand umplutura inauntru.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie se incinge uleiul vegetal, se intind placintele.</p>
<p>Prajiti placintele pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Dupa prajire, placintele trebuie lasate sa se raceasca usor.</p>
