<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 600 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>extract de vanilie &#8211; dupa gust</p>

<p>zmeura congelata &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Transferati untul inmuiat intr-un bol, adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat si bateti amestecul intr-o spuma pufoasa.</p>
<p>Bateti treptat ouale in amestec, apoi adaugati praful de copt si faina si folositi o spatula pentru a amesteca un aluat neted.</p>
<p>Luati 1/4 din aluat si intindeti restul pe toata suprafata si marginile unei tavi de copt de 20&#215;30 cm.</p>

<p>Transferati branza de vaci intr-un castron, adaugati zahar, extract de vanilie si bateti amestecul.</p>
<p>Apoi, bateti treptat ouale la viteze mici.</p>
<p>Turnati umplutura pe aluat si aranjati apoi zmeura congelata.</p>

<p>Transferati restul de aluat intr-o punga de patiserie si creati o grila pe tort.</p>

<p>Se transfera apoi la cuptorul preincalzit la o temperatura de 180 °C si se coace prajitura timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>

<p>Scoateti desertul copt din cuptor si lasati-l sa se raceasca inainte de servire.</p>
