<p>Unt 250 g</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra 150 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti blatul.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, bateti 6 galbenusuri de ou cu zahar intr-un castron adanc.</p>

<p>Bateti 220 g de unt inmuiat cu zahar pudra si zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Continuand sa bateti, adaugati laptele racit si masa de oua in portii.</p>
<p>Ungeti tortul de ciocolata racit cu crema rezultata.</p>
<p>Pregatiti glazura.</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata intr-un vas cu pereti grosi sau intr-o baie de apa.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele ramas, se adauga untul ramas.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura rezultata pe stratul de lapte.</p>
