<p>Umplutura de cirese:</p>
<p>600 g cirese fara samburi</p>
<p>60 g zahar</p>
<p>30 g amidon de porumb + 50 ml apa</p>
<p>Bezea:</p>
<p>3 albusuri</p>
<p>1 varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>60 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita amidon de porumb</p>
<p>Pentru decorare:</p>
<p>50 g migdale decojite</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Aluat: Intr-un bol se pune untul inmuiat, se adauga un praf de sare si se presara zahar – se bate pana cand untul face spuma, apoi se adauga treptat faina cernuta amestecata cu praful de copt si se adauga laptele – se bate pana la un aluat pufos.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul rezultat si intindeti-l frumos intr-o tava de copt de 28 x 18 cm tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 25 de minute la 180 °C.</p>
<p>Se lasa putin la racit dupa coacere.</p>
<p>Umplutura de cirese: Intr-o cratita se pun ciresele fara samburi si se presara zahar – se amesteca si se fierb la foc mic pana se inmoaie.</p>

<p>La final, turnati amidonul de porumb amestecat cu apa in cratita &#8211; amestecati si continuati sa gatiti putin.</p>
<p>Bezea: Turnati albusurile intr-un bol si adaugati un praf de sare &#8211; bateti pana la o spuma alba si adaugati treptat zaharul in timpul baterii &#8211; bateti pana la o spuma pufoasa.</p>
<p>Mai intai intindeti umplutura de cirese pe aluatul copt, racit, apoi intindeti pe el bezea batuta, neteziti-o si formati varfuri cu lingura.</p>

<p>La final se decoreaza prajitura &#8211; se presara cu migdale si se mai coace inca 20 de minute la 180 °C pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, lasam prajitura sa se raceasca putin.</p>
