<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 140-150 g</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>chefir &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>capsuni (pot fi inlocuite cu alte fructe) &#8211; 350-400 g.</p>
<p>Diametru tava 22 cm.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol se pun 3 oua, 140 g zahar, un praf de sare si 10 g zahar vanilat.</p>

<p>Se amesteca cu un tel pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal 100 g., chefir 150 g si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti 250 g faina, 40 g cacao, praf de copt 2 lingurite si amestecati.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul intr-o forma (22cm) cu hartie de copt pe fund si adaugam capsuni 350-400 g.</p>

<p>Se coace 40-45 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca si se presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
