<p>Lapte &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Iaurt &#8211; 125 ml</p>
<p>Faina de grau &#8211; 240 g</p>
<p>Gem dupa gust pentru umplutura</p>
<p>Fulgi de cocos pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti oul intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare, zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie si zahar granulat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei de floarea soarelui si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele si iaurtul si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina, adaugati praful de copt si amestecati.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de 34&#215;38 cm cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul, se niveleaza si se coace 20 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
