<p>180 g gris</p>
<p>250 ml kefir</p>
<p>180 g zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri miere</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>0,5 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>100 g stafide</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>3 linguri 20% smantana</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna grisul intr-un castron si se adauga kefir.</p>
<p>Lasam grisul sa se umfle timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna stafidele in apa calda.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale cu zahar, miere si praf de copt la gris.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se adauga faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Presarati stafidele cu putina faina, amesteca si combina cu aluatul.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava cu unt si turnati aluatul in ea.</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de 30-35 de minute la 180˚С.</p>
<p>Amestecati smantana cu zaharul si ungeti placinta cu aceasta crema.</p>
