<p>100 ml lapte la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>200 g faina simpla</p>
<p>6 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>50 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>15 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>250 ml de lapte</p>
<p>optional: putina esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati merele bine, indepartati semintele si coaja daca doriti si taiati-le in bucati mai mici.</p>
<p>Spargem ouale intr-un castron mai mare, adaugam zahar si amestecam in spuma.</p>
<p>Se toarna lapte la temperatura camerei in amestec, se cerne faina cu praful de copt si se amesteca bine, astfel incat sa nu se formeze bulgari.</p>
<p>Punem in tava hartie de copt, pe care o ungem cu unt si pe care asezam bucati de mere.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul pregatit peste mere si se intinde uniform.</p>

<p>Acum vom pregati crema. Spargeti ouale intr-o oala, adaugati zaharul si amidonul si bateti cu un tel.</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele, putem adauga esenta de vanilie si gatiti pe aragaz pentru o incalzire usoara. Gatiti, amestecand continuu, pana se ingroasa crema.</p>
<p>Apoi lasati crema sa se raceasca putin, transferati-o intr-o punga decorativa si creati o grila de crema deasupra tortului.</p>

<p>Coaceti timp de aproximativ 30 de minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 ° C.</p>
