<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>120 g zahar</p>
<p>200 ml de chefir</p>
<p>80 ml ulei vegetal</p>
<p>250 g de faina</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>2 mere + 2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>scortisoara dupa gust</p>
<p>1,5 linguri gris si unt pentru ungere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati merele in felii.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu sare pana devin pufoase. Apoi, batand, adaugati zahar si vanilie.</p>
<p>Se toarna chefirul in masa de oua. Se amesteca cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat amestecul de faina.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unei spatule, amestecati uleiul vegetal in aluat.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tigaie cu unt, presarati cu gris si intindeti merele in cerc. Se presara zahar si scortisoara.</p>

<p>Se toarna aluatul uniform peste mere. Apoi puneti pe foc mic. Gatiti prajitura sub un capac inchis timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>
