<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Inmuiati stafidele in coniac, rom sau alte bauturu aromate si lasati-le sa stea peste noapte.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale cu 300 g zahar, turnati unt si lapte, adaugati biscuiti, faina, praf de copt, nuci tocate, sare si scortisoara macinata.</p>

<p>Se amesteca usor. Asezati intr-un vas de copt cu hartie de copt si coaceti la 170 de grade timp de aproximativ o ora.</p>
<p>Se raceste si se taie in portii in forma, se inteapa cu un chibrit sau cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Dati pe razatoare coaja de portocala, stoarceti sucul. Asezati cu restul ingredientelor intr-o cratita si fierbeti timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
