<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 1 kg</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>

<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>Umplutura de mac:</p>
<p>seminte de mac macinate &#8211; 0,5 cana</p>
<p>nuca de cocos rasa &#8211; 0,5 cana</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 0,5 cana</p>
<p>albusuri &#8211; 5 buc</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 2 linguri</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, cacao si zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul inmuiat si amestecati toate ingredientele cu mainile.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile si smantana, apoi framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Apoi impartiti aluatul in jumatate.</p>
<p>Puneti o bucata la congelator si intindeti-o pe cealalta pe fundul unei tavi de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt si unsa cu unt pana obtineti o suprafata uniforma.</p>

<p>Acum pregatiti amestecul de branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Se bate untul moale cu zaharul, se adauga branza de vaci si se bate cu un mixer pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati praful de budinca si amestecati inca o data cu mixerul.</p>
<p>Apoi puteti pregati amestecul de seminte de mac.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare pana devin pufoase, apoi adaugati zaharul si amestecati pana se formeaza varfuri tari.</p>
<p>Adaugati amidonul, semintele de mac si nuca de cocos.</p>

<p>Se amesteca usor cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Puneti o lingura din amestecul de branza de vaci si o lingura din amestecul de seminte de mac pe blatul pregatit, alternati umpluturile si acoperiti blatul.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati putin pentru a crea un ornament.</p>

<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti forma, impartiti piersicile taiate bucati si acoperiti-le cu aluatul pe care l-ati dat pe razatoare.</p>
