<p>Amidon de porumb &#8211; 6 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 800 ml</p>
<p>Unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se presara suprafata de lucru cu faina si se intinde aluatul foietaj.</p>
<p>Aluatul se presara si cu faina si se intinde la dimensiunea de 30-40 cm.</p>
<p>Se taie in doua dreptunghiuri egale.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati un dreptunghi in fasii.</p>
<p>Pe al doilea dreptunghi facem intepaturi cu o furculita.</p>

<p>Intindeti cu grija aluatul pe o foaie de copt si coaceti timp de 15 minute la 220 de grade.</p>
<p>Scoateti din cuptor si acoperiti cu un prosop umed.</p>
<p>Se pun galbenusurile intr-o cratita si se toarna peste crema.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul vanilat si amestecati cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul, amidonul de porumb si amestecati bine, astfel incat sa nu ramana cocoloase.</p>
<p>Adaugati laptele si amestecati.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mediu pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul si se amesteca.</p>
<p>In partea de jos asezati foaia cu intepaturi.</p>

<p>Se toarna crema pregatita.</p>
<p>Puneti deasupra aluatul taiat bucati.</p>
