<p>zahar &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 160 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 5 buc.</p>
<p>Crema de vanilie cu capsuni:</p>
<p>praf de budinca de vanilie &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 700 ml</p>
<p>galbenus &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>pastaie de vanilie &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>unt moale &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>capsuni proaspete &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca budinca de vanilie in 150 ml lapte.</p>
<p>Turnati 550 ml lapte intr-o cratita, adaugati galbenusurile de ou, zaharul si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere si apoi turnati crema amestecata.</p>
<p>Amestecand constant, gatiti amestecul pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Apoi transferati-l intr-un bol si acoperiti-l cu folie alimentara.</p>

<p>Turnati 130 ml de lapte si apa intr-o cratita mare.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare, zahar si unt.</p>
<p>De indata ce amestecul incepe sa fiarba, adaugati faina si amestecati-o imediat.</p>
<p>Folosind o spatula, impingeti aluatul departe de partile laterale ale oalei timp de cel putin doua minute.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-l intr-un blender si lasati-l sa se raceasca in timp ce amestecati constant.</p>
<p>Apoi bateti treptat ouale in aluat.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt de 45&#215;35 cm cu hartie de copt, turnati aluatul pe ea si intindeti-l pe toata suprafata.</p>

<p>Puneti tava in cuptorul preincalzit la temperatura de 230 °C si coace-o cu incalzire de sus si de jos timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi reduceti temperatura la 200 °C si continuati sa coaceti inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Taiati untul inmuiat in cuburi, puneti-l intr-un castron si adaugati semintele din pastaia de vanilie.</p>
<p>Se bate untul pana devine pufos si apoi se bate treptat cu crema racita.</p>

<p>Spalati capsunile sub jet de apa si uscati-le.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti tulpinile si taiati-le in bucati mai mici.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati-le in crema de vanilie.</p>

<p>Taiati blatul racit in jumatate si puneti-l intr-o forma dreptunghiulara de tort.</p>
<p>Intindeti apoi cu grija toata crema de vanilie peset blatul din tava.</p>

<p>Taiati blatul ramas in 6 parti egale si intindeti-o peste crema.</p>
<p>Apoi dati prajitura la frigider pentru 1 ora.</p>
<p>Apoi il puteti servi.</p>

<p>Il puteti stropi usor cu zahar pudra, il ornam cu capsuni si frunze de menta proaspata.</p>
