sare si piper si amestecati bine&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Stergeti vasul mic de copt cu ulei vegetal si turnati cartofi si morcovi in el&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Stropiti legumele cu putina apa&comma; acoperiti din nou cu hartie de copt sau folie de aluminiu si coaceti la 200°C timp de 30 de minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Curatati o ceapa si doi catei de usturoi&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Taiati ceapa in felii semicirculare si pisati usturoiul&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Se incinge o tigaie cu putin ulei pe aragaz si se adauga usturoiul&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adaugam imediat si ceapa&comma;
