<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>120 g zahar</p>
<p>15 g de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>120 g de faina</p>
<p>40 ml de lapte</p>
<p>40 ml ulei vegetal</p>
<p>Putina sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Puneti ulei vegetal si lapte intr-un pahar separat.</p>
<p>2. Separati albusurile de galbenusuri. Intr-un castron separat, asezati galbenusurile, sarea si bateti cu un mixer.</p>

<p>3. Cand albusurile se transforma intr-o spuma, cresteti viteza si adaugati incet zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>

<p>4. Adaugati galbenusurile de ou. Se amesteca cu o spatula in miscari circulare. Adaugati faina si amestecati.</p>

<p>5. Adaugati lapte in uleiul vegetal si amestecati. Adaugati aluatul la aceasta masa in 3 parti. Se amesteca miscari circulare.</p>
<p>6. Se toarna aluatul in forma. Se amesteca o miscare circulara cu un bat de lemn.</p>

<p>7. Coaceti la 170 de grade timp de 40 de minute.</p>
