<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>600 g faina</p>
<p>8 g drojdie uscata sau 30 g proaspata</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>aproximativ 450 ml apa</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>200 g unt</p>
<p>100 g branza rasa/ cascaval</p>
<p>3-4 linguri smantana sau lapte acru</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti faina intr-un bol mare.</p>
<p>Adaugati drojdia si zaharul si putina apa calduta.</p>
<p>Amestecam in mijoc si lasam sa se activeze drojdia cam 10 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugam oul si sarea, apoi punem apa treptat si incepem sa framantam.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in 4 parti, le acoperim cu un prosop si lasam sa se odihneasca 10- 15 minute.</p>

<p>Intre timp amestecam untul la temperatura camerei cu cascavalul ras si smantana.</p>
<p>Intindem cat de subtire putem aluatul, ungem cu umplutura pe toata suprafata si apoi pliem foaia cat sa intre in tava.</p>

<p>Ungem cu umplutura dupa fiecare pliere.</p>
<p>Ungem tava cu ulei si punem hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Tava mea are diametrul de 33 cm.</p>
<p>Ungem cu umplutura foaia pliata din tava si continuam cu restul foilor.</p>
<p>La final trebuie sa ungem cu umplutura.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 200°C pentru primele 30 de minute, apoi reduceti temperatura la 180°C si coaceti inca 15 minute.</p>
