<p>unt &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 130 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele, apa, zaharul si untul inmuiat intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste amestecul si se amesteca pana cand toate ingredientele sunt combinate &#8211; acest lucru va dura aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna apoi faina, se amesteca bine si se formeaza un aluat pe care il puneti in bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati un ou in aluat si amestecati.</p>

<p>Apoi adaugati cele doua oua ramase si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Intindem uniform aluatul preparat pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, facem mai multe gauri in el cu o spatula si coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 °C timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>In timp ce aluatul se coace, pregatim crema.</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita punem ouale, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, amidonul cu putin lapte si amestecam.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati restul de lapte in amestec si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Odata ce toate ingredientele sunt combinate, puneti oala pe foc si amestecati amestecul pana se ingroasa &#8211; acest lucru va dura aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Luati crema finita de pe foc si amestecati untul in ea.</p>
