<p>Pentru umplutura de mere:</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 6 buc.</p>
<p>sucul de la o lamaie</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>scortisoara &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 40 ml</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 5 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>mascarpone &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>nuci &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scoateti miezul din mere si taiati-le in cuburi.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, amestecati-le cu zaharul si sucul unei lamai.</p>
<p>Puneti-le intr-o tigaie, adaugati amidon, aduceti la fiert si gatiti, amestecand des, timp de aproximativ 7 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi da-le deoparte, pune-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si intinde-le uniform.</p>
<p>Se presara apoi merele cu scortisoara.</p>
<p>Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Incepeti sa bateti albusurile spuma cu sare si adaugati treptat zaharul pana se formeaza varfuri tari.</p>
<p>Apoi bateti treptat galbenusurile si apoi uleiul.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina cernuta cu praful de copt si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor pentru a mentine aluatul pufos.</p>
<p>Intindeti-l apoi peste mere si neteziti-l cu o spatula ca sa intre si intre bucatile de mar.</p>

<p>Puneti tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si coaceti 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt, intoarceti totul cu susul in jos si indepartati hartia veche, astfel incat merele sa fie acum deasupra.</p>
<p>Taiati nucile.</p>
<p>Bateti intr-un castron crema de mascarpone, frisca, zaharul pudra si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se intinde pe aluat, se presara cu nuci si apoi se ruleaza cu ajutorul hartiei.</p>

<p>Dam rulada finita la frigider pentru 3-4 ore, taiem in portii si servim.</p>
