<p>Ingrediente pentru salata de sfecla:</p>
<p>sfecla &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; buc.;</p>
<p>castraveti murati &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 3 linguri;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>maioneza &#8211; 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti sau coaceti sfecla, curatati-le de coaja si dati-le pe razatoarea mare.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi mici si caliti-o pana se rumeneste usor intr-o tigaie cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul in ceapa si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Razuiti castravetii murati si stoarceti lichidul.</p>
<p>Adaugati amestecul de castraveti impreuna cu ceapa la sfecla.</p>
<p>Treceti cateii de usturoi prin presa si adaugati-i la restul ingredientelor.</p>

<p>Stropiti salata cu sare si asezonati cu maioneza, amestecati bine.</p>
