<p>Oua &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>Un praf de sare</p>
<p>Smantana la temperatura camerei &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Ceapa verde dupa gust</p>
<p>Branza &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu 1/2 lingurita (poate fi inlocuit cu praf de copt 7 gr)</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Razuiti branza pe razatoarea grosiera.</p>
<p>2. Adaugati sare in oua si bateti cu telul.</p>
<p>3. Adaugati smantana si amestecati.</p>
<p>4. Taiati ceapa verde si adaugati-o in amestecul de oua, amestecam.</p>
<p>5. Se toarna 1/3 faina si bicarbonat de sodiu, se amesteca bine cu o spatula.</p>

<p>6. Adaugati treptat toata faina.</p>
<p>In timp ce amestecati convenabil aluatul cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Apoi framantati aluatul moale cu mainile.</p>

<p>7. Acoperiti-l cu o folie si lasati-l sa se odihneasca 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>8. Stropiti suprafata de lucru cu faina si intindeti aluatul intr-un strat dreptunghiular de aproximativ 5 mm grosime.</p>

<p>9. Impartiti aluatul in fasii de aproximativ 1,5 cm latime.</p>

<p>10. Prajiti betisoarele intr-o tigaie bine incalzita intr-o cantitate suficienta de ulei pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>11. Puneti betisoarele finite pe un prosop de hartie, astfel incat sa absoarba excesul de ulei.</p>
