<p>-1 lingura faina;</p>
<p>-300 ml smantana sau crema de branza;</p>
<p>-un praf de sare;</p>
<p>-1 ceapa;</p>
<p>-50 gr unt.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala ciupercile in apa rece si se toaca.</p>
<p>Se toaca ceapa si se prajeste in ulei pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie separata se prajeste faina pana se rumeneste, se amesteca cu untul si smantana.</p>
<p>Se adauga ceapa si ciupercile in smantana si se amesteca 4-5 minute, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Sosul poate fi folosit atat rece cat si cald.</p>
