<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar pudra sau cristal- 80 g</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Faina de grau &#8211; 200-220 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 5 g</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>Lapte condensat fiert &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Nuci macinate &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Pentru uns &#8211; 1 galbenus de ou</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, puneti uleiul vegetal, sarea, esenta, oul si adaugati zaharul.</p>
<p>Amestecati masa cu un tel pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Amestecati faina cu praful de copt si incepeti sa o adaugati in aluat in portii mici.</p>
<p>Cat timp este inca moale, framantati cu o spatula, apoi cu mainile.</p>
<p>Imediat ce aluatul este gata, puneti-l deoparte si faceti umplutura.</p>
<p>In aceasta varianta, folosesc lapte condensat fiert si nuci macinate ca umplutura, dar puteti folosi altceva.</p>
<p>Daca folositi gem, asigurati-va ca il ingrosati cu gris, amidon sau fulgi de cocos, chiar daca pare gros.</p>
<p>Apoi, impartim aluatul in 2 parti si intindem fiecare intr-un dreptunghi lung.</p>
<p>Grosimea aluatului este de aproximativ 2 mm.</p>
<p>In mijloc, de-a lungul intregii foi rulate, punem umplutura, si apoi lipim marginile cu grija.</p>

<p>Procedati la fel si cu a doua parte a aluatului.</p>
<p>Transferati rulourile pe o tava de copt si ungeti-le cu galbenus.</p>

<p>Acum le trimitem la cuptorul preincalzit.</p>
<p>Coaceti la 180°C timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Timpul exact de coacere depinde de caracteristicile cuptorului dumneavoastra.</p>
