<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>praf de cacao &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un varf</p>
<p>zahar granulat &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>unt (margarina) &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>zahar granulat &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un varf</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Asezati faina, pudra de cacao, zaharul granulat, un praf de sare si praful de copt intr-un castron. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt rece tocat marunt (sau margarina).</p>
<p>Frecati bine amestecul.</p>
<p>Ca urmare, untul ar trebui sa fie complet integrat in firimituri.</p>

<p>Pentru umplutura, asezati branza de vaci intr-un castron, adaugati zahar granulat, zahar vanilat, un varf de sare, faina si smantana. Amestecati.</p>
<p>Apoi, adaugati ouale si amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Nu bateti, dar amestecati pana cand este complet omogena.</p>
<p>Daca bateti amestecul, atunci varful placintei creste in timpul coacerii si, atunci cand se raceste, va cadea.</p>
<p>Pentru un gust mai revenos, puteti adauga coaja de lamaie la umplutura.</p>
<p>Captusiti fundul tavii cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Asezati mai mult de jumatate din firimituri in tava. Aplatizati.</p>
<p>Se toarna umplutura deasupra.</p>

<p>Raspanditi firimiturile ramase in mod uniform.</p>

<p>Neteziti usor suprafata tortului.</p>
<p>Trimiteti produsul intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade Celsius.</p>
<p>Se coace aproximativ 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Chiar centrul tortului ar trebui sa se agite usor spre sfarsitul coacerii.</p>
<p>Lasati produsul sa stea aproximativ o ora in cuptor, cu usa deschisa.</p>
<p>Apoi se raceste complet si se da la frigider timp de cateva ore.</p>
<p>Rulati cu atentie un cutit subtire de-a lungul partilor laterale si scoateti tortul.</p>
<p>Presarati un amestec de pudra de cacao si zahar pudra pe produsul finit, daca doriti.</p>
