<p>Lapte 600 ml.</p>
<p>Ulei de masline 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Apa 2 cani</p>
<p>Faina de grau 1 cana.</p>
<p>Extract de vanilie 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Praf de copt 0,5 linguri.</p>
<p>Mere 5 bucati.</p>
<p>Galbenusuri 2 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 10 g</p>
<p>Smantana 100 g</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru a face aluatul, amestecati intr-un castron adanc 2 oua cu zaharul. Adaugati 100 ml lapte, apa si faina, amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>Faina poate intra putin mai multa, fiind ghidata de consistenta aluatului.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati extract de vanilie si praf de copt. Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele pentru a face o pasta neteda.</p>
<p>Spalati merele si coajati-le. Fara a taia merele, scoateti miezul din ele.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa aveti gauri adanci in centrul fiecarui mar.</p>

<p>Captusiti un vas rotund de copt cu hartie de copt. Distribuie merele uniform pe tava.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in matrita si se trimite la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 40 de minute.</p>

<p>Pentru a face crema, amestecati 2 cani de lapte intr-o cratita. Adaugati smantana si zahar vanilat. Puneti oala la foc mic.</p>
<p>Cand amestecul fierbe, adaugati 3 linguri zahar, 2 galbenusuri si amidon.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor toate ingredientele, fara a scoate oala de pe foc, pana se formeaza o masa omogena fara bulgari.</p>
<p>Cand crema s-a racit usor, umpleti cu ea gaurile din mere.</p>
