<p>Gris 100 g</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Praf de copt 10 g</p>
<p>Apa 400 ml</p>
<p>Unt 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Aluatul se pregateste in doua etape: mai intai, amestecati sarea, grisul si jumatate din faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna apa clocotita si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Apoi adauga cealalta jumatate de faina si framanta aluatul.</p>

<p>Impartiti-l in patru parti egale.</p>

<p>Se unge cu unt inmuiat, se inveleste in plastic si se lasa o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Apoi intindeti aluatul cu mainile cat mai mult posibil, periat cu ulei vegetal.</p>
