<p>Rosii 1,5 kg</p>
<p>Vinete 1 kg</p>
<p>Ardei gras 1 kg</p>
<p>Ceapa 500 g</p>
<p>Morcov 150 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 100 ml</p>
<p>Zahar 50 g</p>
<p>Otet 50 ml</p>
<p>Sare 50 g</p>
<p>Usturoi 1 buc.</p>
<p>Ardei iute 1 buc.</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati ardeiul gras de seminte si tulpini, ceapa de coji si taiati legumele in fasii.</p>
<p>Taiati vinetele felii.</p>
<p>Macinati rosiile, morcovii curatati, usturoiul si ardeiul iute fara seminte cu ajutorul unei masini de tocat.</p>

<p>Se amesteca legumele, se adauga sare, zahar, piper macinat, otet, ulei de floarea soarelui si se amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Aduceti legumele la fierbere timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Asezati salata in borcane curate, sterilizate.</p>

<p>Intoarceti-le si lasati-le sub un prosop cald pana se racesc.</p>
<p>Salata de vinete moderat picanta in sos de rosii-morcov a castigat increderea intregii familii.</p>
