<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>lapte caldut &#8211; 250 ml + pentru ungere (2-3 linguri)</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>miere &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; 7 g</p>
<p>unt moale &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 450 g</p>
<p>ou &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>Umplutura de branza de vaci:</p>
<p>branza de vaci moale &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>crema de branza nesarata &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>stafide &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati lapte caldut intr-un castron mare si adaugati miere, un praf de sare si un albus de ou.</p>
<p>Presarati drojdia uscata si amestecati usor.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt inmuiat in bol si stropiti cu faina cernuta.</p>
<p>Mai intai amestecati totul cu o lingura si apoi lucrati cu mainile 4-5 minute pentru a obtine un aluat neted si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Acoperiti bine aluatul cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Se lasa apoi sa creasca intr-un loc cald timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se strecoara branza de vaci intr-un bol, se adauga crema de branza si o lingura de amidon.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza umplutura cu zahar si stafide si se amesteca bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul crescut in 11 parti egale si modelati-le in chifle.</p>
<p>Apoi intindeti-le si taiati-le in 1/4 din aluat, de aproximativ 3 cm lungime, pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Asezati o lingura de umplutura de branza in centrul aluatului si pliati partile taiate una peste alta pentru a forma o barcuta.</p>

<p>Reglati-le usor si puneti-le pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un prosop si lasati-le sa creasca timp de 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Unge-le apoi cu un galbenus de ou batut in putin lapte.</p>

<p>Puneti barcutele la cuptorul preincalzit la o temperatura de 180 °C si coace-le timp de 25-30 de minute.</p>

<p>Apoi scoateti-le din cuptor si lasati-le sa se raceasca.</p>
